CIA Graduate Chef Mario Russo and his professionally trained staff will do everything possible to make your affair a memorable one. Chef Russo has trained under some of the areas finest chefs; Cathrine Alexandrou, James Richards and Jacque Labie to name a few. He has twice won a bronze medal for seven course meals from the American Culinary Federation. Russo's was recently named one of the Best Caterers in Central New Jersey by Courier News Reader's Best of the Best. Some of the past diner's have included Christine Whitman, Lou Farignou, actress Kirsten Dunst, Governor Hughes, and professional football player Todd Burger.
